how it began
Tiny Parade Books began with a stuffed puppy
Not a character created for a book.
A real stuffed puppy.
Whenever something silly happened around our house, it somehow became Silly Puppy's fault.
Toys left on the floor.
Socks where they didn't belong.
Blankets wrapped into burritos.
The more we laughed, the more the stories grew.
Eventually, those wonderfully little moments became books.
And Tiny Parade Books was born.

Before Tiny Parade Books, I was simply a parent collecting little moments.
The kind that seem ordinary at the time.
A favorite stuffed animal.
A blanket that goes everywhere.
A bedtime story requested one more time.
Those moments pass quickly, but somehow they stay with us.
When Silly Puppy began turning everyday routines into adventures around our house, I realized those small moments were worth holding onto. Not just for our family, but for others too.
That became the heart of Tiny Parade Books.
My hope is that every story we publish feels like something familiar. Something comforting. Something that helps families laugh together, imagine together, and create memories of their own.
